I am a partner with Di Duca Ellingson, a California professional corporation.
I use a performance based approach with the practice of law, and pay exceptional attention to detail. I concentrate on estate planning, trust administration, special needs trusts, probate, conservatorships, elder law, and land use.
I am a compassionate advocate with a relentless commitment to my craft and genuine empathy for each and every client. I have assisted in family law with the pro per order clinic in Butte County Superior Court and genuinely enjoy serving in my community.
I received my Bachelor of Arts degree from Brigham Young University. I graduated valedictorian from Cal Northern School of Law, where I earned eight Witkin awards and the Dean’s Scholarship for highest GPA each school year. I also served as the President of the Cal Northern School of Law Student Bar Association.
I am admitted to practice law in California by the State Bar of California as well as in federal court. I am a member of the Butte County Bar Association.
