Mr. Holzhauer represented my wife and I in a property line dispute on a property we own in Paradise, Ca.. Our neighbor encroached on our eastern property line by building a fence 6 feet onto our property and refused to remove it. We tried to physically remove it but he called the police every time we... tried to do so. We ended up in court to settle the dispute. Mr. Holzhauer did a fantastic job representing our interests and we ended up winning a judgement requiring our neighbor remove the fence.
