She was appointed by the court for my child. She never returned my calls or contacted me. Had my time reduced to almost nothing and community supervised based off an illegally obtained video from the mother of my child recording me yelling her not my child after she denied my visit. The recording wa...s never filed with the court and never served to me for review. I filed a mountain of evidence of all the interference my ex does proving her lies and the judge yelled at me. Ms. Beck never filed this video and never submitted a formal report. I was completely caught off guard. My ex also has family who are court reporters causing more concerns.

Another worse attorney for children!! She accused me of not letting her communicate with my children and made me look like a horrible mother in court. When I have proved that she never even attempted to communicate with them or try to contact me. Even when I or my children called her and text her she... never replied. She never even knew where the case was every time we had court cause she never opened her emails that my attorney would sent. She never returned my attorneys calls and her email would bounce back. She is only there for the money. I am a shame that there are people like her in this world supposedly fighting for the kids safety. And now the court is looking at me like I am the one with the problem since I had to request for the second time for my Children’s attorney to be change cause neither of the two that where appointed to them have communicated with them or done anything for their safety.

Mrs beck represents my kids. She doesn’t give a crap about me or mom. And that’s the way it should be. She takes the time to talk with both of them, she answers any questions or concerns my kids have. She ALWAYS answers the phone when the kids text or call. she is very blunt and straight to the poin...t when it comes to what the kids need, she dose not sugar coat anything. She is not scared to put you in your place when it comes to the kids. She is the best thing that has happened to my children in 3 years.

She is almost always unavailable in terms of being served. She was initially on my side in the beginning of my case, but as time progressed, she started to lie and make up things that never happened. Do NOT hire at any cost, especially if Krista Geddes is involved. They are friends and will do anythi...ng to get their money at the end of the day and that includes leaving a child in an abusive home.

Ms Beck was appointed by the court to represent my child in our case of an abusive dad trying to see his kid. It's a shame she never talked to my child. She had no idea what was going on. She would boldly lie to the judge to cover her own butt (since she failed to do her job) and instead blamed me (...mom) for not doing what she told me to do. She never contacted me nor did she ever return my phone calls, texts or emails. She also breached all confidentiality rights by talking about me, my child and our current case to others who had no right to hear. I still run into people who know her and they know all about my situation and my case and they said that Ms Beck told him/her all about it. She was suppose to be fighting to protect my child, but she failed, in epic proportions. She is now trying to help the physically & emotionally abusive dad (documented by police and previous wife - shows history of violence) to get full custody without regard to the safety of my child.
