All the negative reviews about this individual are dead on and more. I hired him to represent me in court because he promised this and that, but did absolutely nothing for my case. Refused to refund retainer. Just sat in court, literally just sat there and said nothing, did nothing. Completely us...eless, unethical, malicious, horrible. Absolutely no preparation for the case, no consultation prior to or after trial. Blasts in and out of court pretending like he has somewhere to go. Stay away.

I hired him in 2001 he missed apts. court dates and basically screwed me it was like he was working for the other side. He had me waiting 1 1/2 hrs and took me outside so he could smoke then started complaining about the client he had before me and called her a"C" and complained to me about her case.... and now my children's mother has gone and hired him

The only reason I gave one star was because I had to. He did not help me with what I need to take care of all of the things he supposedly helped me was paper work that you can do yourself. He did not return your calls it took me weeks before I was able to get a hold of him. My case got worse than bef...ore i hired him. Pass on this one and get a different lawyer

He postponed my court dates but wouldn't tell me why. In fact, he wouldn't tell me anything regarding the law or my case. I had to research everything after it was too late. He lacked in all communication. His idea of communication were e-mails through his "assistant" who is his wife. Thus, I wonder... where the source of these "good" reviews are from because I have two other friends that used Rich and claimed they had terrible service as well. Missed court dates, had to do all the work, etc. This guy will take your money and do absolutely NOTHING but lose. He takes your money, ensures he is competent in the law and fully capable but by the time it's nearing your case, you realize he hasn't done any work on your case. He takes your money and sits on your case. I fired him. He held on to my paperwork to have him substituted off of my case, and instead he waited until my case was called in court to give me his own version of the signed substitution form to act and imply to the court that he let me go. He tried to humiliate me after he lied and took my money. This guy is horrible beyond belief. I wish I had my money back and I wish he wouldn't practice law because he destroyed me. I basically hired this attorney to destroy me. I just didn't have any foresight or reliable, truthful reviews to warn me of what to expect. I will warn anyone to please think twice about this attorney. Seriously, think twice. There are other very well informed and decent ethical attorneys available.
