Charnel Jeannelouise James

Charnel is a former US Marine, who spent her time at Camp Pendelton.  Since her graduation from The University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law in 2004, she has been invited seven times to assist California cities and counties develop and write telecommunication ordinances which address the siting and location of Wireless Telecommunication Facilities.  She has set second chair for a number of years assisting with legal cases, preparing to start her own firm.  She maintains associations with three different law firms assisting with client needs and support for litigation.  She is a member in stood standing of the Eastern and Northern Districts of California Federal courts.  

On a personal note, she lost both her mother and aunt to breast cancer and is a strong advocate for women's access to early mammograms and cancer awareness. She believes that a smaller client load allows for more personal representation, understanding that as an attorney you are responsible for matters that are critical in your clients life. She is a strong advocate that will aggressively protect your interest.
