I strongly do not recommend this attorney. Two months before our individual hearing, the attorney unilaterally decided to reschedule the court date without my consent. After I terminated the contract, my new attorney was forced to deal with numerous issues. The I-589 form had been filled out care...lessly — the judge required it to be redone. For six months, I kept asking them to request the transcript of my Credible Fear Interview, and only two months before the hearing they told me that the interview supposedly didn’t exist. Later it turned out that the request had been sent to the wrong jurisdiction. As a result, valuable time was lost and my new attorney had to go to court without a key piece of evidence. They promise to start working more actively closer to the hearing, but in reality, we faced total indifference. All they care about is money. Once you’ve paid — they stop caring. You will constantly try to get a response or support — but in vain. Dozens of people have already suffered from this law firm. Legal actions are being taken against them. If you decide to terminate the contract — you will not get your money back.
