I bought a brand new 2022 Dodge Ram 2500 and after a few months noticed it kept leaking oil out the bottom of the engine. I came to this office based on reviews. I will never do that again! This process has been a long one and I wasn't updated by the office unless I called and asked. They even filed a complaint on my behalf without showing me a draft to ask if it was even accurate. Now I'm waiting for my car to be surr...endered and when I called and asked about it I was told "oh believe me we want to get paid too..." Well it isn't about "getting paid" to me - it's about getting a vehicle to replace the one that has been dead in my front yard since October 2018. It was an unprofessional statement and more than that it is SUPER FRUSTRATING to know that my case was only about money to them and not the fact that the vehicle I was in almost killed me. So here I still await the information on turning in the car so I can get a new one and they can get paid. Now that they know I am upset when I call in I am put on hold and sent to a person who tells me I just need to be patient. Nice! So if you want a super frustrating attorney who keeps you in the dark and is only concerned about her pay check then hire this one.
