Pamela Ann Stone

I am an attorney specializing in health care litigation, health plan contract and regulatory disputes, and compliance.  Prior to joining Daponde Szabo Rowe PC, I was an associate at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP’s litigation department, focusing on corporate business litigation and intellectual property counseling.  I have represented health care clients in settlement negotiations, rate disputes, payor/provider disputes, and writ proceedings.  I have extensive litigation experience, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, oral argument, mediation, arbitration, trial, settlement, and appeals. I also provide regulatory advice and counsel with the added perspective of an experienced litigator.
