Ms. Snider is very knowledgeable, ethical, hard-working and tenacious. Her services are especially indispensable if the case is infected by evasiveness, dishonesty, or even outright fraud emanating from the opposing party. In my case, she obtained a much-needed modification of a particularly onerou...s spousal support obligation that had been negotiated by another attorney years earlier. She refused to tolerate evasive, incomplete, non-compliant discovery responses from the other party and mopped the courtroom floor with two different experienced Sacramento family law attorneys in the process. I am extremely grateful for Ms. Snider's efforts on my behalf, and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

This attorney took my case, sat on it for nearly 9 months, husband never responded to petition and she did NOT called it a default. She later did NOT answer to an OSC, and put me in big trouble with the court. Now after so much time and money consumed I am starting again, of course all of this was a...nd is good for the opposite side!!! Be aware she is cheap but as the word says "cheap work too". Completely needs to educate her self and be more professional in court and with her staff. rip me off!

My ex-wife cut me in the face and we were trying to get a "Restraining Order" against her. I got eaten alive and embarrased as Melanie didn't know that (1) one occurance was not reason enough for a "Restraining Order". The end result was the opposing attorney educating Melanie and the entire court o...n the rule of law and myself being billed $800 for a "Mutual Restraining Order". WHAT A WASTE. Melanie totally dropped the ball in my divorce case, regarding a "Quadro" involving a PERS retirement issue. Melanie charged me a fee, subcontracted the work to an attorney in San Franciso who was even aware of who I was!! I would not refer my worst enemy to Melanie. I would refer and recommend my ex-wives attorney to anyone. She kicked our butts and has an African sounding name.
