Jeffrey David Fulton

Jeffrey D. Fulton is the founder of the Law Office of Jeffrey D. Fulton. He started his practice with the notion of placing his clients first and offering them measured advice, zealous advocacy, and tireless dedication. He has represented clients in disputes against their employers, some of which were major corporations, and won substantial settlements and verdicts. Mr. Fulton is capable of representing clients in disputes centering on discrimination, sexual harassment, wage and hour violations, and other common employment law claims. He is a 1999 graduate of the University of Pacific McGeorge School of Law, where he was distinguished with the Emil Gumpert Trial Advocacy Award in recognition of outstanding achievement as a trial advocate. Mr. Fulton has resided in the Sacramento Valley, where he now practices, since 1973.
