Sean Douglas Wisman

Sean D. Wisman is an Associate with the law firm of Dreyer Babich Buccola Wood Campora, LLP, who specializes in representing victims and their families in cases involving negligence, personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, products liability, motor vehicle collisions, police misconduct, assault, and battery. Mr. Wisman tirelessly advocates for injured victims and their families and has successfully litigated close to 1,000 cases from inception to conclusion, obtaining dozens of six- and seven-figure settlements and judgments.

Mr. Wisman earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Washington in 2008. He began working at Dreyer Babich Buccola Wood Campora, LLP in 2010 as a full-time Law Clerk while attending law school in the evenings at University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law. During that time, Mr. Wisman was privileged to serve as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Judge Michael S. McManus (Ret.) of the United States Bankruptcy Court, Eastern District of California. He graduated with Distinction and dual concentrations in Business Law and Tax Law from University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law, and has been an attorney at Dreyer Babich Buccola Wood Campora, LLP ever since passing the California bar examination and being sworn in.

Mr. Wisman is licensed to practice law in California, Washington, and Oregon. He has held Martindale-Hubbell peer- and client-reviewed ratings of AV Preeminent and Platinum Client Champion, respectively, every year since 2021. He has been recognized every year since 2019 as a Northern California Rising Star in Personal Injury by Super Lawyers, and every year since 2023 by Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch. Mr. Wisman served on the Board of Directors of the Consumer Attorneys of California in 2023 and 2024 and is currently serving on the Boards of Directors of the Sacramento County Bar Association and its charitable arm, the Sacramento County Bar Foundation.

More than anything else, Mr. Wisman enjoys spending quality time with his wife and young son. In his spare time, he also enjoys golfing, hiking, camping, woodworking, and volunteer work.
