DON'T DO IT. You can't file elsewhere. And taking off with the child will at least upset a judge here, and you could end up with a criminal case...

Only a JUDGE, not you, can make orders to retrieve the child. So stop wasting time and get into court asap to get orders for return of your child....

You need an attorney. Hire an attorney just to write you and a response and to also write you a motion for him to pay you some money for attorney...

You can bring a case in court for support but you will need an address to serve him at. Without an address it will take at least 6 months longer...
