Robert Peter Biegler

Mr. Biegler refuses to pay his court reporter bill; and after many, many times of his office promising to pay by a certain date and then reneging, he now alleges that he thinks his client paid the bill directly years ago (with zero evidence of same because it didn't happen). Biegler works with/for h...imself as well as the law firm of Brock & Gonzalez LLP as well as teaches business law at Sac State. One would think Mr. Biegler would have enough integrity to pay his court reporter. Side note: I obviously didn't consult or hire Mr. Biegler as a stenographer hired by him but I was required to check a box for one or the other.
