Poor Ethical Conduct

We had hired Richard Coombs as our real estate lawyer to help us with a suite against our neighbor. During the time he represented us, which was for just a few month, Richard was extremely poor at responding to phone calls and emails. It would take multiple methods of communication to receive any i...nformation on the case. After awhile the communication back got so bad, it was almost a month of no phone calls or emails on the case. We decided to drop him as a lawyer and retain new representation. He exhibited extreme poor ethical conduct and I would definitely NOT refer him to anyone. We were so disappointed in his professionalism that we have reported him to the State Bar of California.
