Melissa Deb Bickel

Melissa D. Bickel is a graduate of the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law and obtained her law degree in 2000.  Melissa was a successful personal injury defense attorney for ten years before deciding to devote her talents to the representation of injury victims, and opening the Law Office of Melissa D. Bickel.

Melissa has extensive experience in civil litigation in both state and federal court, including at the trial and appellate levels. “I pride myself on personally managing my case files from their inception, including working directly with my clients to ensure their well-being and that they receive personalized, superior legal representation.”  She also prides herself on her diligence, the combined effect of which has allowed Melissa to achieve excellent outcomes for her clients.

Melissa’s defense background also places her in the unique position of having personal knowledge regarding the insurance company’s evaluation of personal injury claims, and is able to use that knowledge to effectively resolve her clients’ claims. 

When Melissa is not practicing law, she enjoys spending time with her husband Dan, and son, Wyatt, playing golf, tennis, racquetball and scuba diving, attending Wyatt’s and major league baseball games, as well as camping and traveling.
