Biography
Ms. Garner is the Founder and Managing Attorney of Garner Law, where she specializes in estate planning, probate, trust administration and trust dispute issues. She received her B.A. with Honors in Sociology from University of California at Berkeley and her J.D. from University of Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.
Kim specializes in estate planning and trust and probate litigation, and brings her experience from a wide array of civil litigation matters to this practice area. She has practiced in both state and federal courts. She has been annually recognized as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers Northern California since 2015 and also also received recognition honors from Sacramento Business Journal and Sacramento Magazine as a leading lawyer in the area.
Kim is a Past President of the University of Pacific McGeorge School of Law Alumni Association and is also a Past President of Women Lawyers of Sacramento. She is also a member of the Sacramento County Bar Association Probate and Estate Planning Section.
