In my opinion Attorney Jonathan Huber went above and beyond the normal scope of his duty as my lawyer. He allowed me to explain my situation to him on the telephone when others would not speak with me on the phone but insisted that I make an appointment and come in. He allowed me to utilize his off...ice equipment which made my life much easier in that I was able to do the pre filing requirements online rather than traveling 10+ miles to an area I was not familiar with to attend a class. He even let me share his vehicle to and from the Court which saved me a considerable amount of worry if nothing else since I had no clue where the Federal Court Building was or how to get there. Attorney Huber was always very much aware of me and my situation as it related to him. His expertise and professionalism allowed me to always know what was coming next and to be able to get through this very difficult time in my life with the least amount of stress. Jonathan has been a fantastic help to me, personally, and to my family as a whole, through the unfamiliar process of probate. At every step of the way, he has been available for questions and has gone to great lengths to explain, and be certain that I understand, the process and procedures. He ...has gone, to me, above and beyond the standard expectations, as well. If, for example, he did not receive feedback, signatures, etc from me or my siblings, he would call to be certain that everything was alright, and to see if anything needed to be altered before submittals. As most of us are not in the vicinity, he included self addressed stamped envelopes so that items could be sent back expeditiously. A very small thing, but those thoughtful and considerate items do add up. While I don’t think that our case was a particularly challenging one for Jonathan, his knowledge, his earnestness, his great sense of the importance of communication, and his willingness to look beyond the obvious for solutions made a difficult time and process into one that was manageable and relatively pain free. I would not hesitate to recommend Jonathan Huber for any case. My instincts tell me that we did not even scratch the surface of his knowledge.
