Excellent Law Practice

Janet was handling my divorce case for nearly 2 years, through many stumbling blocks and three opposing attorneys. She was responsive, consistent, knowlegable (as was her assistant Victoria) and I was very glad to have her on my side.

Janet came through for us

Janet represented us in an out of state child custody case and wow did she come through! Because we had short period of time to address the case, Janet quickly onboarded us and laid out the law of the land (California). It was clear after our first meeting that she is extremely knowledgeable about C...alifornia child custody laws. Since financial spend was a concern for us,Janet provided guidance on the best use of her services given we wanted to have chats with her daily. Knowing our concerns, she suggested we synch up when there were updates to provide instead of using billable dollars on chats. She worked dillegently to ensure we won our case and that we were able to return home with our child. Her files were organized and when she stepped into the courtroom, she took control even though we were the defendants. I must admit I had to get used to her personality as she was extremely talktative. However, I quickly learned that this is part of her process for connecting with clients. Based on my keen observations she demonstrated honesty, care, respect, and even when we didn't agree with what she was doing, she always had a sound explanation for what was happening and why. To top things off, she has a very responsive, caring, and knowledgeable paralegal. The two of them together make the perfect pair. If not for Janet, we would not have been victorious in our battle to gain custody of our child.
