In Chapter 7 bankruptcy I file the petition, statements, and schedules with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court.  Using state or federal exemption law, I exempt client assets to protect them from sale in chapter 7 bankruptcy.  Lastly, I represent clients at the meeting of creditors before the Trustee to ensure that my clients receive a discharge eliminating their debt.

In Chapter 13 bankruptcy I help clients who are behind on their mortgage payments stop foreclosure through a repayment plan.
