We have very happily adopted twice through this center and have zero complaints. We worked with Tom Volk with Sacramento Adoption Center in Sacramento. We were promised a lot of things that never happened. We did indeed adopt a baby, but it has been over a year now and the adoption is still not final. He charges for every email, phone call that is made, same goes for his recep...tionist when she emails or calls. We paid them over $25,000, and he is still demanding more. STAY AWAY!!!
