Biography
My practice focuses on trust and estate administration, conservatorships, guardianships, probate litigation and estate planning, including trusts, wills and powers of attorney. I was admitted to the bar in 1995 and am qualified to practice before all California state courts. I frequently post to the blog and address a variety of conservatorship issues. My background is in the areas of speech therapy and rehabilitation for stroke, dementia and other brain injuries, which gives me a unique perspective on estate planning and conservatorship matters.
