HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I had a dui case and had to fight it because i wasn't driving. I originally had a different lawyer who never talked to me about what was happening or anything and he was way to expensive so i looked around and spoke with attorney Kocot and i could already tell he knew what he was ...talking about. I fired the other guy and hired Kocot. He kept me updated every step of the way. Answered any and all questions i had and was easy to get a hold of when needed. He was able to get my case dismissed with the court and the DMV!!! I am sooo grateful for everything he did to help me! Another great thing is he has a great price for the amazing work he does!

I was VERY lucky and am thankful to have been referred to Ryan. I had turned to Yelp for my DUI and a very highly rated and reviewed lawyer sent me to Ryan since my DUI was in Fairfield. That lawyer's expertise is Sac, while Ryan has expertise with both the Sac and Fairfield courts. I'm sure R...yan could work well anywhere, but having experience in a particular jurisdiction is valuable. I was not driving while intoxicated (or buzzed) and wanted to win to keep my record clear. Ryan fought for my case and got me a dismissal in the end. He was incredibly knowledgeable, communicative, helpful, concerned, is unbelievably nice, and was confident going to trial.
