Rando Anthony Rodriguez

Rando A. Rodriguez is a Workers’ Compensation Attorney at Eason & Tambornini, A Law Corporation. For more than 24 years, he has represented injured workers and accident victims throughout California. Born and raised in the California Central Valley, Rando has dedicated his legal career to helping individuals obtain the benefits, medical treatment, and compensation they are entitled to under the law.

Rando earned his Juris Doctor from the University of California, Davis School of Law (King Hall). He began his legal career at a law firm that primarily represented insurance companies. The experience provided him with a unique understanding of how insurance carriers evaluate and defend claims. He continues to draw upon that knowledge today when representing injured workers and individuals pursuing claims against insurance companies.

Throughout his career, Rando has handled a wide range of workers’ compensation matters, including serious workplace injuries, cumulative trauma claims, denied claims, permanent disability cases, and Subsequent Injuries Benefits Trust Fund (SIBTF) claims.
