Raja Abdel Hafed

Raja A. Hafed is an associate in the Sacramento office of Klinedinst PC. Ms. Hafed works with the firm’s corporate clients, focusing primarily on business, professional liability, and general liability.

Prior to joining Klinedinst P.C., Ms. Hafed worked for a civil law litigation defense firm dealing with complex litigation, including catastrophic injury, personal injury, products liability, premises liability, nuisance, and assault and battery.

Ms. Hafed earned her Juris Doctorate from McGeorge School of Law in May 2016. At McGeorge, Ms. Hafed was a member of the Moot Court Honors Board where she coached students in competitions. During law school, Ms. Hafed worked at the San Joaquin County District Attorney’s Office as a certified law student. While at the DA’s office, Ms. Hafed successfully wrote and argued various motions before the court. Additionally, Ms. Hafed gained invaluable trial skills when she second-chaired a vehicular homicide trial. Also, Ms. Hafed interned at the Office of the Federal Defender for the Eastern District of California as a research and writing law clerk.

Ms. Hafed earned her B.A in Political Science with an Option in Pre-Law at California State University East Bay in 2012. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Hafed worked alongside her father and siblings in the family restaurant business.
