• My practice includes representing public and private employers in all stages of litigation and all aspects of labor and employment law, including defense of claims involving workplace discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, harassment, wage and hour issues, and contract disputes
• In addition to defending employers in litigation and administrative proceedings, my practice includes regularly providing advice, counseling and training to employers on various workplace matters, including family and medical leave, termination, independent contractor and trade secret agreements, wage and hour compliance and implementation and use of proper personnel policies and procedures
• My practice also includes counseling employers in the public and private sector on various issues arising under labor-management relations laws, including collective bargaining, interest arbitration, grievance procedures, and unfair labor practice charges
