Jonathan David Ma

ADA Ma was assigned to our case. We did not meet or discuss anything with ADA Ma until approx. 5 min. before court. I have M S and Cardiac condition. He allowed a lot of evidence to be thrown out that the PD wanted out, i.e. pictures, notes, SSD Reports, videos. The Judge even questioned him on his d...ecision to throw out so much. ADA Ma responded, "He didn't care." The judge actually over ruled him and put one photo back in to evidence where the defendant was holding sheers and threatening my life. He did not stand up for me as the victim when the PD stated she didn't believe in M S. He laid his head on her shoulder and was told by the judge it was a professional setting and to act accordingly. The defendant was charged with 2 counts. PC 422, Felony, & PC 646.9(A), Felony. We emailed Jan Scully several times complaining about ADA Ma's conduct and service. He was later removed. We found out that evidence from the SSD Evidence Locker was removed but not returned. Later the case was given to a new ADA. Unfortunately the case was dismissed due to missing and lack of evidence. We are back to square one, but worse. We believe that collusion was involved but can't prove it. ADA Ma represents justice in the worst way. According to my doctor's he has caused my desease to progress beyond recovery.
