John Peter O'Malley

John is a Certified Family Law Specialist, who handles all aspects of family law including divorce, child and spousal support, child custody, Domestic Violence, guardianships and pre- and post-marital agreements.  John formed Delfino Madden, along with four other partners, all of whom worked together as partners at Sacramento's largest law firm.  John prides himself on being both competitive and compassionate.

In his personal life, John is a devoted husband and father with four children.  He also is an avid runner, having completed 6 marathons, including the 2013 Boston Marathon, in addition to at least 15 half marathons.

John feels it is important to give back to the community, which he has done for many years through board service on several non-profit boards and through Rotary.
