I've been introduced to Ibraham Dbouk some time ago and I was sure I would never need lawyer services, but this time was very different from your average situations. I called ibraham Dbouk late evening, hoping to leave a voice mail, and wait for his call back, but after 3 rings he replied and profes...sionally asked to give him run down on the situation.
