My name is David Williams. On 08/26/2022 I was sentenced to life. On 02/20/26 I was resentenced to 6 years time served. This only happened because of how Prepared my Attorney Gina C. Teddington prepared for our hearing. That’s what we are really missing from Attorneys nowadays. They want the money bu...t they don’t want to prepare for WAR!!! They lie to you. You can’t get in touch with them after you pay them. When u do their rushing you off the phone. Then they always tell you what the District Attorney is saying instead of it being the other way around. One thing that I can promise you is that if you believe that you are innocent or if there was some sort of injustice, she will do what needs to be done to bring justice to your case. She communicates well with you and your family. She knows how to do her job but will still be open to suggestions. She will not be close minded to your ideas or concerns. When it comes to any motions, preliminary hearings or trials. She is a Real BULL DOG!!!! I’ve never saw a District Attorney concede and Bow out gracefully when they were the same ones who fought so hard to give me a life sentence. That’s how powerful Gina C. Teddington’s Preparation and Court Room Presence is. She commands the attention of everyone who is listening and she has Long Wind!!! But most of all she passionate about her clients and the outcome of their cases. I Promise you this had I hired her from the beginning I would not have received a Life sentence. So I say that to say this don’t make the same mistake I made and go with someone who only talks good without the money. If you want a fair chance at your freedom in this corrupt system call Gina C.
