Darrell Warren Spence

Darrell W. Spence is an associate in the Sacramento office of Klinedinst PC.

Mr. Spence's practice encompasses the handling of business disputes, professional liability claims, real estate matters, breach of contract and other business torts, and related appellate practice.

Mr. Spence has substantial experience with jury trials, bench trials, and binding arbitration, having successfully handled numerous cases to verdicts and decisions. Mr. Spence also has experience preparing and arguing dispositive motions. He has also handled matters through mediation and settlement negotiation.

Mr. Spence is a member of the California State Bar, and admitted to practice before all U.S District Courts of California. Mr. Spence is very familiar with superior court, appellate court, bankruptcy court, and federal court practice and procedure.

Mr. Spence graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. Mr. Spence received the Alumni Scholar award for scholastic and leadership achievements. Mr. Spence obtained his law degree from the Pacific-McGeorge School of Law. Mr. Spence was a member of the Roger J. Traynor Honor Society, and graduated with Distinction.

While in law school, Mr. Spence was a member of the Mock Trial Competition team, and was an Associate Articles Editor for the Pacific-McGeorge Global Business Development Law Journal. He was also a recipient of the Barrister's Scholarship, the Academic Achievement Award Scholarship, and the John Morris Scholarship.
