Candice Kristine Hanratty

Candice helps businesses handle their labor and employment law matters. She advises clients on issues that arise in a Union-Employer relationship like unfair labor practice charges and grievance processing under a collective bargaining agreement, as well as on employment issues like hiring, firing, wage and hour disputes, and alleged discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. She has defended businesses in various stages of litigation, including in administrative proceedings where an employee has filed a complaint with a government agency, in lawsuits filed in state and federal court, and in civil appeals.

Candice is licensed to practice law in all California state courts and in federal court in the Eastern and Northern Districts of California. Candice received her J.D., cum laude, from New York Law School. She received her B.A. in Psychology with a minor in English from University of California at Berkeley.
