You need to discuss this with your attorney. Whatever happens, do NOT miss your court date unless given specific permission by the court.

It depends on their case load at the time. Since that case load varies over time, there is no way to answer your question.
What does sentence status 3 mean (on a visiting pass)? Why isn't his SP status updated on the Sheriffs web site?

Did you ask the Sheriff's office? I would do that first. If the Sheriff gives you flack, hire an attorney to break through the stonewalling.
