Biography
Anthony Eaton joined Wilke Fleury as an Associate in August, 2005. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health with a concentration in healthcare administration from Indiana University, Bloomington in 1997. He then obtained his Juris Doctorate with Distinction and completed the Trial Advocacy Certificate Program at the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2005. Anthony is a litigation attorney, advising small businesses, corporations, mortgage banks and health plans in myriad legal matters including contract disputes, regulatory compliance, intellectual property and tort liability. He is a member of the healthcare practice litigation team representing health plans in disputes with both providers and governmental agencies. In addition, Anthony represents mortgage lenders in both litigation and disputes with the many regulators they answer to. Anthony has successfully litigated dozens of loan related lawsuits to final judgment in favor of his mortgage lender clients.
