Sean David Currin

As a Senior Associate in the Labor and Employment Department at Mastagni, Holstedt, APC, Sean Currin represents public sector employees in various legal matters, including administrative investigations, labor arbitration, and civil litigation. Providing general counsel to large public safety unions, Sean is well-versed in the Peace Officers’ Procedural Bill of Rights Act and similar statutes. He regularly conducts training sessions for law enforcement officers to educate them on their rights. During his time at Thomas Jefferson School of Law, Sean honed his skills at the District Attorney’s Office, focusing on gang-related cases and general misdemeanors/felonies. He also contributed to complex litigation at a civil firm in Oakland. An alumnus of the University of California, Berkeley, Sean was a dedicated athlete, earning recognition as a starting wide receiver for the Golden Bears.
