Judith Ann Odbert

After serving 20 plus years as a Sacramento Police Officer, I was accused of dishonesty, neglect of duty and making false statements. Not too bad, right? A dedicated, enthusiastic, and ethical police officer branded a liar and idler. Professional police officers don't behave like that, and I never... met one who did. In addition to other adverse action, I was demoted from Corporal to Officer and removed from the training officer program which incidentally crushed me in a dispiriting way. After two and a half years of hell, coping with disgrace and humiliation, I was exonerated in arbitration and made whole again. I was innocent and a victim of immoral justice.
