Biography
David P. Mastagni, the esteemed founder and managing partner of Mastagni Holstedt, APC, has an extensive legal practice focused on civil litigation and labor law. With an impressive record of over 300 proceedings tried to verdict, including more than 100 jury trials, David’s unique legal skills are reflected in his successful career in law. His involvement in over 450 appellate cases, including actions before the U.S. Supreme Court, showcases his deep legal acumen. David is notably recognized for securing the largest law enforcement binding arbitration award in the U.S. in 2003. He provides strategic counsel to labor unions on contracts, grievances, and arbitration.
