Richard was a key member of the team that fought and won my very, very large and complicated family law custody/move-away case. He represented me in court several times, was my main point of contact to help me understand every facet of the case, and prepared most of my documents for court. I'm gen...erally a pretty easy person to work with. Except in this situation I am fully aware I was an absolute neurotic mess. I'd send dozens of emails with questions, info, make phone calls with lots of questions. The level of patience he demonstrated with me was astounding. And none of it was placation, because bits and pieces of those piles of emails and phone calls would show up later in documents and court, showing that Richard was painstakingly looking for everything that could help my case. It wasn't just professionalism though. He really understood what I was going through and wanted to do his job but also reassure me during the process. So happy to have been able to work with him.
