She is not a professional for me.

She went on vacation right after we signed the contract. I heard that from one of her paralegal people when I tried to get hold of her. I would appreciate if she mentioned. Now, she is back. I expect some communication that explain what would happen next. None. Finally, when I got hold of her, she sa...id everything was almost completed and I would receive it by today or tomorrow. Two days after, I didn't get anything. The person who answers the phone says she is just a scheduler. I'm ending the contract. Do you think I will get my retainer back?
