I am the owner of the Law Offices of Anisa N. Thobhani. We have offices located in the Rocklin/Roseville area as well as Sacramento.
Our office’s practice focuses on Family Law litigation, including limited scope representation, and Estate Planning (Wills and Trusts). My office represents clients in all aspects of divorce, including issues related to child custody and visitation; child support; spousal support; division of community property (asset and debt division, including businesses); protection of Separate property; and domestic violence. We believe in providing our clients with experienced, highly effective, and compassionate legal representation.
Our office offers free ½ hour consultations where we take the time to listen to the potential client’s concerns and desired outcomes. We then help them understand all representation options as well as provide recommendations on how their matter should proceed.
