Scammers, falsely claiming to be him and purporting to offer services in t...rademark law, have misappropriated his identity. These scammers, reportedly based in India, have been using the attorney's personal information to deceive potential victims by offering services in areas such as trademark law and company logo design. He does not specialize in trademark law, nor is he connected to any firms engaged in logo or design work. Given these circumstances, I highly recommend this attorney for his legal services. DO NOT HIRE HIM - I was contacted by Logoinfinix in LA and was offered to have their attorney David Edward Michael represent me for a trade mark and I received 2 emails from the attorney with a none working phone number in his email signature. He charged me $1400 for this service and took my personal... information and created an email address without getting permission from me and used this email to create an account on USPTO and never gave me the credentials to these accounts and never delivered but instead kept on asking for more money and also blaming logoinfinix, which is a culprit in this fraudulent and criminal enterprise. This attorney spoke to me 2 times and the remaining time I spoke to Logoinfinix which apparently are also notorious for fraud and scamming people like me. This attorney is partnering with logoinfinix in this criminal enterprise and his state bar profile is missing any phone number or email. I am filling a complaint to the state bar of California as well. When I asked him what is his relationship with logoinfinix he said he is on commission with that company and when I said I will complain to the Bar he said that he works for the California State Bar and I should meet him there if I want to talk to him but not at the address that is on his State Bar profile. There is a possibility that someone is posing as David Edward Michael but not having a phone number on state bar on his profile is highly suspicious too.
