Adam Takashi Weiner

Referred by California Lawyers Association, I was given that Attorney Adam Weiner has over 20 years of criminal defense experiences in California. When I called the Association, Attorney Weiner was the first one, and the only one, referred to me. At the end of my first consultation meeting with Att...orney Weiner, I immediately hired him for a retainer service. This is because he had impressed me with his knowledge, experiences, sincerity, enthusiasm and friendliness. I had never encountered any legal issue in my entire 70 years of life, and very much worried about any possible worst outcome from the final court hearing. Attorney Weiner is so great that he is able to convince the court to give me a minimum penalty. I just can’t say enough to thank him for his great service. As a matter fact, the final ruling by the court was about the same as what he had expected out of our first meeting at his law office. I am extremely happy being represented by him and highly recommended him for any criminal defense matters. By the way, his wife, Davia Weiner, is also a great attorney in the same law office. Although I only hired Mr. Weiner as my attorney, Mrs. Weiner was also very helpful in my case as well. He outlined what should've been 3-5 court dates, however the County of Sacramento was being unreasonable and prolonged the matter for a longer than expected period of time (20-25 court dates). I chose the wrong attorney. Adam and Davia took my money, gaslight me for three years by telling me what they were going to do and never followed through. Adam sent withdrew before trial, withheld the casefile until the court held him accountable and gave the prosecuting attorney advance warning by e...mail of my defense strategy and the police perjured themselves on the stand by saying they found a large fixed blade knife on me in justification for breaking my pelvis and separating my shoulder because I questioned COVID facemask policy at a prescheduled doctors appointment in South Lake Tahoe.
