Biography
Tawfiq J. Morrar opened The Morrar Law Office to fulfill his passion of helping others. With a lifetime of business experience and community service, it was only natural for Mr. Morrar to put his legal skills to use to continue this passion.
Mr. Morrar has enjoyed over a decade of successful small business experience in both retail and wholesale industries. With this insight, Mr. Morrar is able to see what factors make a small business successful. He knows what it takes to protect your business, enjoy your assets, and prepare for the future.
Raised in Elk Grove, Mr. Morrar is a graduate of Laguna Creek High School. With his love for education, he pursued his studies at University of California, Davis with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and a minor in Economics. He continued his education at University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. At McGeorge, Mr. Morrar earned his Juris Doctor degree in addition to successfully completing the rigorous Business Law program at McGeorge.
While at McGeorge, Mr. Morrar began working in the United State Bankruptcy Court, for the Eastern District of California. Under the supervision of Honorable Michael McManus, Mr. Morrar learned the skills needed to succeed as a strong attorney. He continued working the Court following his graduation, until he made the decision to open his own practice.

Outstanding services

Saved my business deal!!
I called Tawfiq for information on selling my bakery. I had a buyer, and nothing else. He walked me through the deal and prepared all of the documents, contracts and other paperwork. Everything went well and the guy who bought my bakery even called Tawfiq to do some work for him!
