"I have had the pleasure of working with Ralph Faust for approximately four years on a complex case involving the failure of a town here in Northern California to protect a Native American burial and village site. This case has been handled on a pro bono basis and after a long and arduous legal battle, the City is in the process of implementing a management plan to protect the site. Ralph spent untold hours working on this case without any expectation of recovering fees. He was former counsel for the California State Coastal Commission and brought much of that experience to assist our clients. He has a keen intellect and great writing skills. Although California lawyers are required to perform pro bono work, few do. Ralph is the exception. He is a "10" in my book"
