Since family court had wonderful self-help workshops, I was confident I could handle this and filed for my divorce as pro per. At first, I was able to deal with discovery and court responses but then the case took a downward turn. I was getting overwhelmed with never-ending discovery and motions, fal...se accusations and threats of sanctions/attorney fees. I was stressed and fearful of getting my mail or looking at my e-mails.
