Alexander L. Constantino

I enlisted Mr. Constantino to assist with collecting back monies owed by tenants. At first, he seemed sympathetic and exhibited a "go get 'em" attitude. After I got the Judgement against the tenants, Mr. Constantino states that the tenant called and told him that they filed bankruptcy. I asked Mr.... Constantino if he had any proof or if he would verify the bankruptcy claim. He simply said "Your case is dead." Quite some time later, I find that the tenants' claim that they filed bankruptcy is untrue. It sure seems that it would have been a simple and reasonable task for Mr. Constantino to verify that the claim was true. As with many attorneys, it seems that they are gungho at first, to get your money, then they drop the ball. You better keep an eye on them. Not happy!
