Highly Recommended for a Workers Comp Attorney
I would highly recommend Daniel Lapin for a Workers Comp attorney. He is very knowledgeable in this area. He is hard to get ahold of on the pnone. That is true. And for calling you back he is a bit slow. Although, if you fax requests to him, he will respond in a timely manner. These days he may...

Wrong lawyer
I would never recommend this lawyer to anyone, because he doesn't pick up the phone, doesn't return your phone calls, and most important of all he doesn't keep me inform of my case in any ways or shapes. Client beware; choose your lawyer carefully.

NOT RECOMMENDED
If you want to be left in the dark and not know whats going on with your case, then this is your guy. Does not return calls, 6 months of caling and still no call. No update or correspondence on status of my case. Basically, useless.
