Although he can be difficult to get a hold of, his secretary is highly communicative and makes sure he receives your message as soon as possible and he made time to tell me any update in my case. My case has been in his hands for over a year plus. Not much has been resolved but I've paid thousands of dollars! Zero, none, notta responses to emails, voicemails...what am I paying for. Even his secretary does not respond! Except to collect payment of course! Ridiculous. Never would I use hi...s services again.
