Being sued is never fun, but it happens. From the moment we were served papers and not fully understanding the ADA complaint, our first call was to Luke who reviewed the entire complaint and walked us through the process. Throughout the 7 months, Luke checked in, was very thorough, gave status upda...tes, and let us know what to expect next. There were many times, we just wanted the case to go away. We felt confident in Lukes ability to represent us. Luke went the extra mile by looking into the claim deeper than our own to garner a better understanding of what we were dealing with, as it turns out, it was a law firm filing predatory ADA complaints in hopes of getting small business owners to “just settle” the case. Without Luke, we may have been one of those many small businesses that just settled. Instead, a judge ruled, in our favor, to completely dismiss the complaint. It’s not often the “little guys” win and without Luke, we wouldn’t have won.
