Just be informed if you are considering her

Just know if you are considering her. Sharon goes through staff like underwear. she can't keep anyone in there long. Sharon screams yells and cusses at her staff right in front of clients. It is so very awkward. If you are her client, there is a likely chance that her anger, hate, and narcissism-li...ke behavior will spill over to you. I was screamed, yelled and cussed at by sharon on many of her "off" days. Sharon will go crazy over no provocation at all. She will charge you to sit and talk about fruit , nuts and vegetables. She will answer other calls, talk to her daughters on the phone, talk to her maintenence man on the phone, all on your time and you will be charged for it. Sharon charged me when I went into her office just to make a payment! You won't get billing statements, you will only hear about what you owe her when doing and income and expense report for a court date. When I finally saw a bill after she submitted it to the court, I called her legal clerk and complained. The legal clerk at the time stated that "clients call and complain about this all the time". Sharon worked for/in a law office where the legal clerk was convicted of felonies/felony. The legal clerk became an attorney and practices law in Placer county. This felony convicted attorney was my ex husbands attorney and sharon told me all about this guy being convicted of a felony. She told me to go get the file, copy it etc....which I did at my personal expense. Now, I am being charged (according to Sharon) $100,000.00 for being a pawn for her. I exposed this attorney, which helped sharon with her other cases against him, and I am being charged for ME going to the criminal court, getting papers, copying them, etc....... .I had to take a week off work the week before my last divorce trial to assist running around, getting papers, filing things etc... (which i didn't mind) because another one of Sharons legal clerks had quit. I have never received the bill for that. I am almost certain now that I will be charged for ME doing all my own filing , running around and gathering info. Sharon tells you that "you save yourself money by doing things on your own case". That is bull. You will get billed as if she had someone else doing your errands on your case even thought you did it yourself!!! Finally on the day of my last trial, I was coerced by Sharon to accept a "settlement" from my ex husband. Sharon led me to believe that i was going to get the settlement money so my daughter and I could move out of a mouse infested diseased house.

Father who Lost Custody of Daughter

If I could give a rating then poor I would. She had no clue what she was doing and the Judge did not like her actions in court. She consistently was told to stop and make her point. She went on and on about things that were not needed. I think she was just trying to run up the number of hours.

Don't make the same mistake I made.

Your choice of an attorney to represent you in your family law case will effect you and your children for many years to come, maybe for the rest of your lives. Custody, visitation and your financial future are all at stake. Don't take chances. There are many good attorneys out there. Sharon Huddle is... not one of them. You will spend a lot of money and see very little in the way of positive results. Ms. Huddle is disorganized, and comes to Court unprepared. Her paper work is sloppy. Her oral and writing skills are both lacking. She will waste time, then bill you excessively.
