My goal is to keep you out of court by reaching an agreement on all issues. This is accompliahed most efficiently through Divorce Mediation. I also provide Consulting if mediation is not an option. Dissolution (divorce) resolution, Custody, Child Support, Spousal Support and modification, QDRO issues (retirement), and all issues that arise in a family law case. I am in Placer County, but also frequently handle Sacramento County, Nevada County, and El Dorado County cases. I can help with any California case. I do not assist in contested family law cases, nor do I handle any litigation. STAY OUT OF COURT.
Family law cases are each very unique, and require individualized advice and documents. Divorce is NOT a cookie cutter type of case, through it is frequently marketed as such.
